CU Parents Weekend
2017
Craig, Ryan and Flip about halfway up Flagstaff pause to catch their breath.
The view from the first rock field on the way up flatiron #1 is always a keeper.
The entire Jacko fam came in for CU family weekend in mid-October.
With perfect weather and some aspens turning in Boulder it was time for a hike.
After dinner it was over to the pep rally. Flip & Chip make a nice couple.
The band and the cheerleaders were there to get everyone fired up for the game.
Flip tries to keep up with the fast moving Jacko men as she scurries down.
We then regrouped with Zobo for the Family Weekend dinner at Rio.
For once we sat on the far northwest end for the game, which is pretty nice.
Heeeeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrreeeeeee comes Ralphie!  And no he's not a damn bull.
The next day, we were able to all visit Zoe's dorm before heading off to tailgate.
Here's another view of Zoe's dorm at Kittridge--the plum dorms on campus.
Craig stayed on extra day to take Zoe to breakfast before flying back.
And shocker--it snowed. Typical Colorado. You just never know what to expect.
Back up to Flagstaff for a final pic before Ryan and Flip headed back on Sunday.
This was the game the beginning of the end of the Hawkins era. Cost us a bowl.
A quick drive up Flagstaff yielded some great shots as the sun came back out. Gotta love Colorado.
The McClellands were in town for parents weekend and stopped by for a few.
That afternoon, we made our way over to meet the gang for the pizza challenge.
